In 2022, over TWO BILLION wagers have been made online on Galaxy Gaming Digital games worldwide. Galaxy Gaming Digital is the world’s leading licensor of proprietary casino table games to the online gaming world. As our portfolio continues to grow with new games and expanded partnerships with industry leaders, we look forward to seeing this number climb even higher in the new year.

We send a survey after every installation and service interaction to gather feedback and measure our Net Promoter Score. Net Promoter Scores (NPS) are a measurement of a company’s service and quality that is compiled by surveying its customer base. The NPS system suggests that above 50 is excellent, and above 80 is world-class. Year to date, Galaxy Gaming’s NPS is 98.0, reflecting our commitment to providing best-in-class products supported by the best-in-class service. Galaxy Gaming leaders the industry in customer satisfaction.

SIX

As always, our Product Development team has been focused on delivering innovative new games and solutions for our partners. SIX new titles were added to our robust game library including the electrifying new 3 Dice Baccarat which was released to much acclaim at G2E 2022.

Also announced in 2022 was our Perfect Pairs distribution across North America,United Kingdom, Europe, and beyond. Our robust blackjack side bet catalog now is complete with all player favorites, including world-famous 21+3, Top 3, Lucky Ladies, Perfect Pairs, and more.

Other exciting titles that launched this year are Fightback Baccarat, Perfect Pairs Baccarat, Supreme Pai Gow, and Triple Luck.

THREE

We’re passionate about creating the best table games and bringing those games to new channels. This year, our Galaxy Gaming Digital team has been focused on developing our own games for the online market, Split to Double Blackjack™, Roulette Up ™, and Rising Phoenix Baccarat, all featuring progressive jackpots. Look out for them launching in early 2023!

ONE

During G2E 2022 we previewed our Galaxy Operating System. Galaxy OS, our innovative new game management tool, will be the ONE system to support your table games experience. Featuring our brand-new Dynamic Progressive, Roulette and Craps digital tracking, robust reporting, vibrant GOS sensors, and much more, Galaxy OS was design to be seamless for the operator and thrilling for the player. Galaxy OS will be ready to deploy in your casino in early 2023.
